Nothing quietly disappears

• Six ways a capture could fail to save while telling you it had worked. A note you wrote, a photo you added, a thought you spoke — each had a path where the save fell over and the app still showed you a tick. They now either save or say so, and anything that cannot reach the server waits offline instead of evaporating.

• An answer in Recall no longer disappears when you open one of its sources. Tapping a cited note used to cancel the answer mid-sentence — and it never came back; the question sat there unanswered for good. The answer now keeps being written while you read, and it is waiting when you come back.

• A reminder in your notification tray could show something like [person_qwertyuiop] where a name should be. Names are private on your device and get swapped for a placeholder before anything leaves it; the reminder was showing you the placeholder. It shows the name.

• Marking something done takes it out of your Library on the phone, the way it already did on the web. Reopening puts it back.

• The box you write in expands. Past about three sentences the earlier lines used to scroll out of sight and editing meant fishing around in a small window — there is now a button to give it room, on both the capture and the recall box.

A nudge once a day, and a third way to look at it

• Muzings can nudge you once a day. Pick a time in Settings → Preferences and a single reminder arrives then — sometimes a plain invitation to put something down, sometimes grounded in what you actually have: how many things are due that day, how many notes are waiting. It speaks whatever language the app is set to.

• Carbon — a third palette. True black with champagne gold, for OLED screens and dark rooms. It stays black whether your phone is in light or dark mode, because that is the point of it. Settings → Appearance.

• Marking something done now feels like it. The checkbox is gone; in its place a DONE stamp presses onto the note, and reopening peels it off.

• Priority means three things now instead of four: Today, This week, Someday. • Your lists have their own screen now, with a drag handle to reorder them. Rename, hide and delete moved into a menu on each row, so the delete button no longer sits next to the arrows you were using to rearrange things — and Preferences is six short rows again instead of ending in a very long list.

Remind me every Tuesday

• Reminders repeat now. Write "remind me every Tuesday" and Muzings hears the every — the note shows its rhythm, the reminder re-arms itself each time, and a Repeat picker on every note with a reminder lets you set or change it by hand: daily, weekly on the days you choose, monthly, yearly, and an end date for repeats that shouldn't run forever.

• Muzings speaks Telugu and Hindi. The whole interface — every screen, button, and message — is now available in తెలుగు and हिन्दी from the language picker in Settings. Machine-translated for now, with native review underway.

A photo you keep

• A photo you take in Muzings is now kept in your camera roll, so it is still in Photos afterwards. Until now it only ever existed inside the app, and went for good once your phone cleared its temporary files. You can switch this off under Profile → Settings.
