Refund Policy
When you can get your money back, how to ask, and what happens to the rest of your subscription. Written to be read once and understood.

The short version
If you are not happy with Muzings, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. You do not have to explain why. The free trial does not use this up — your first real charge is refundable in full.
The 14-day window
Every charge is refundable for 14 days from the date it is taken. That applies to your first payment and to each renewal after it, so a renewal you did not expect is always refundable.
After 14 days a charge is final, and cancelling stops the next one rather than refunding the last one. See below for what happens to the time you have already paid for.
How the free trial fits in
The 14-day free trial is for evaluating the product before you pay anything. It is separate from this policy and does not consume your refund window.
So you get 14 days free, and then 14 more days in which the first charge can be refunded. We do not treat “you already had a trial” as a reason to refuse a refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — it stops future charges.
- You keep what you paid for. When you cancel, your paid plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not cut you off on the day you cancel.
- We do not refund the unused part of a period. If you cancel halfway through a month, you keep the plan for the rest of that month and we do not refund the remaining half.
- Your notes are not deleted when a subscription ends. Your account continues on the free plan and your data stays yours. Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate action you take yourself.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@muzings.ai from the address on your account and tell us you would like a refund. That is the whole process — there is no form and we do not ask you to justify it.
We aim to reply within two business days, and once the refund is approved the money is returned to the original payment method. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, and is normally a few working days.
Who takes the payment
Payments are handled by FastSpring, which acts as the merchant of record — the seller on record for the transaction. It appears on your statement rather than Muzings, it issues your invoice, and it processes any refund. Your card details go to FastSpring and never reach our servers. FastSpring is listed on our Subprocessors page.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Consumers in the UK, EU and elsewhere may have a statutory right to cancel or to a refund that is broader than this policy, and where that is the case the law applies rather than this page. If you believe you are entitled to more than this policy offers, write to us and say so.
Changes to this policy
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. A change never applies retroactively to a charge already taken — the policy in force on the day you were charged is the one that governs it.
